UCB is seeking an outstanding individual who can contribute to the teaching of human nutrition and nutrition related disease modules across the range of undergraduate and post-graduate programmes offered by the University.  The candidate should be competent to teach at least three of the following subjects:

  • Anatomy and Physiology
  • Disease modulation through dietary change
  • Nutritional Journalism
  • Nutrition Communication
  • Research Methodology, Methods and Design

The successful candidate will have a background of teaching or training, supported with the ability to contextualise teaching to the nutrition and/or public health sector. You will be an excellent communicator, proficient in the use of IT and work well within a dedicated team.

We are looking for the successful candidate to have a flexible approach to work; willingness to undertake academic activities in the evening when necessary and participate in occasional weekend activities such as recruitment days.
