Job Description

The Computer Science Department at National University of Singapore is seeking a research assistant (RA) with expertise in program analysis.  We are particularly focused on symbolic execution for the purpose of program testing and verification, as well as for problem solving.  Our current research implementation pioneers the use of interpolation for optimizing the search process in program analysis (https://arxiv.org/abs/2012.00556) and the candidate is expected to contribute to the development of the tool.

The candidate is expected to have a strong technical background in algorithms applicable to programming language concepts and implementation.

Also essential is an interest in investigations of performance as well as in novel applications.

Qualifications

• Completed all requirements for a Bachelors degree.
• The candidate's track record in projects in some aspect of Programming Languages is strongly preferred.
