From individuals searching for development to potential partners striving for growth, you’ll be responsible for key initial communications – driving business leads, customer satisfaction and overall retention – proactively delivering high levels of support to meet BPP expectations and always responding to queries efficiently and effectively.
What you’ll be doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for students and employers
- Making outbound calls to warm leads – both to learners and potential partners
- Receiving inbound calls that aim to increase business, customer satisfaction and retention
- Responding to customers who express BPP interest via Live Chat
- Answering questions effectively and efficiently in line with our guidelines
- Navigating BPP’s customer information systems and engaging with other departments
- Establishing strong knowledge of BPP, services and products to answer customer queries
- Providing proactive level of support to always meet customer expectations
- Adhering to data-quality measures by logging, tracking and maintaining student records
