The Role

  • Fixed term (up to 12 months), Full Time
  • $89,515 to $97,809 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst or Orange

You will be responsible for building strong relationships on behalf of the University in order to achieve its strategic goal of recruiting high quality applicants throughout Australia.

You will drive the sales and business development strategy for a local campus. This will encompass relationship building with targeted secondary schools, TAFE colleges and community partners, and implementing a range of sales and student recruitment initiatives. The position has ownership of a key strategic portfolio area.

To be successful you will have:

  • A degree or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any other combination of education, training and/or experience
  • Experience in marketing, sales and business development methodologies
  • Experience in event management, including planning, promotion and implementation
  • High level verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders
