The HRIS Senior Executive plans, develops, and maintain HRIS, troubleshoot and resolve system related issues through system fixes or workaround, conduct training to HR and staffs, and write system documentation.

Job Description

  • Manage, trouble shoot and resolve data interfaces with internal/external applications / databases and other vendor applications
  • Ensure that setup and processes in HRIS are compliant and stay relevant with prevailing manpower legislation
  • Work in close partnership with key stakeholders including HRBP, IT, Finance and other relevant parties on system setup, configuration, testing, training and deployment
  • Support in change management activities to ensure smooth transition to new system
  • Perform post-implementation support including trouble shooting, system re-configuration and adjustments as and when required
  • Act as point person for upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and other projects as assigned
  • Design and generate regular and ad-hoc management, statistical and analytical reports

Job Requirements

  • Degree qualification
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the area of HR Operations
  • Ability to analyse business process requirements, general understanding of HR and translate into HRIS system configuration
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
  • Candidates with SAP SuccessFactors technical and/or working knowledge would be a plus
  • Possess good analytical skills and meticulous with an eye for numbers & details
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who is responsible, organised and has initiative
  • Dependable to complete tasks on time
  • Able to multi-task
