Programme Manager - Executive Degrees
King’s Business School (KBS) is a vibrant business school with an ambitious vision. We are expanding our executive education offering to engage with the business community and share our expertise with a professional audience. We are delivering programmes that will help build better business and a better world. Our community and students are passionate about responsible business, sustainability and effective leadership for today’s complex world.
Based within the Executive Education team, this new post will take lead responsibility for all aspects of our Executive MBA and Executive MSc Marketing degree programmes ensuring that these part-time students receive a rigorous, high-quality education and have an excellent student experience at King’s.
The Programme Manager will join us in the year before the programmes enrol their first students. Working with the Programme Directors and the wider Executive Education team you will take lead responsibility for ensuring all aspects of the programme teaching, logistics, support and student experience are set up ready for new students. You will work with the Programme Directors and Admissions colleagues to attract, select and enrol the new cohorts and you will support and contribute to an Executive MBA implementation group that will work collaboratively to put the programme together including teaching, careers activities, coaching, extracurricular activities and external residential blocks. When students start you will take the lead in running all aspects of their programme and will be their first point of contact in all matters. This is an exciting opportunity to build the programmes and programme experience from the ground up, helping to define what an executive student experience looks like at King’s Business School and build the team who will support them.
We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Programme Manager who has an excellent understanding of the needs of busy executive students and who is excited by the opportunity to contribute to new and developing programmes. You will be adept at planning and problem-solving, working effectively with colleagues across a number of departments to deliver our objectives. You will bring expertise from working with similar programmes and will help us to shape our programmes and student experience to meet the needs of our executive community. You will be a champion for the needs of executive students and will be able to use that expertise to create and adapt processes and experiences that deliver a leading education for these cohorts.
The Programme Manager will sit within the executive education team and will work collaboratively across the team to deliver across our full range of objectives, providing extra support and drawing on the wider team expertise and capacity as needed.
