This is a permanent appointment, subject to a probationary period.

This is an exciting opportunity to join leading international scholars in the areas of Human Resource Management and Organisation Studies. The Department has 27 members, a highly collegial ethos and a strong academic reputation in the field. Research interests of members include: international and comparative HRM, knowledge management, employee representation, organisational behaviour, work and employment studies, critical organization studies, responsible business, business ethics, and diversity and inclusion.
