Job Purpose
Use your professional experience to inspire others
We are passionate about building careers through education, supporting individuals to achieve their career goals and businesses to maximise their talent. Established for over 40 years, we deliver courses in law, accountancy, technology, management, nursing and more. Our education is designed to be practical, engaging, and innovative and most importantly, relevant to the real-world. As such, we are looking for outstanding individuals to bring their professional experience to life and join us as a tutor.
Shape a rewarding experience for learners to reach their potential
From supporting and encouraging learners to developing and delivering high quality support materials, this is a unique opportunity to provide an outstanding learner experience to our students. You will operate across the whole School and will specialise in the field of Student (Learner) Support to implement and maintain the School’s Retention Programme.
Ideally, you will have:
- A Level 7 (Post-Graduate) or relevant Professional Qualification.
- Educated to UG level in Accounting and Finance or similar
- A teaching qualification (at any level) relevant to the discipline or fellowship of the HEA is desirable.
- Alternatively, a commitment to achieving either of these is essential
- Significant practitioner experience in your field
- Experience teaching relevant subjects at Further (L3) and/or Higher (L4-6) education level
Choose a better work-life balance
With hybrid working available, you’ll be able to split your time between one of our nationwide centres and wherever you choose to call home. Either way, you’ll benefit from a vibrant workplace and a culture that believes in looking after others, while being part of a diverse workforce where difference is celebrated. In addition, you’ll work alongside other like-minded professionals who champion progress, while having opportunities to develop in an environment where creativity and innovation is rewarded.
On top of a competitive tutor salary, we provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 30 days, and there’s a rewards package that includes retail discounts, dedicated healthcare and dental plans that offer additional assurance to look after you and your family.
