The Role

We are seeking a lab attendant to join our team of 2 technical staff in the Bio-resource Unit (BRU) which is part of the Department of Biology at Maynooth University https://www.maynoothuniversity.ie/biology

The role involves providing support to the multi-disciplinary research programmes in the department whilst complying with regulations set out in EU Directive 2010/63/EU and SI 543 of 2012.

Laboratory Attendant Salary Scale: €26,203 – €41,505 p.a. (13 points)

Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.

*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the advertised scale.
