The role

This role requires you to lead key elements of our residential strategy.  You will work to implement innovative project delivery and estate management within Residences, Sport, and Community Services (RSCS).   With autonomy to procure your team, from special property to legal to accountancy, you’ll act as the primary contact for all residences delivery needs. This could be providing 5-10 year projections or preparing and presenting documents for the Residential Services Board. 

 Using your high quality strategy experience you’ll influence and negotiate with senior representatives and contribute fully to the development of department goals. You’ll ensure all projects remain on track through critical review and analysis, independent work and consistent maintenance and oversight of the existing residential portfolio.

About you 

With exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll use your diplomacy and influence to develop and lead key strategies. Your demonstrable financial and budgetary management experience, mean you’re comfortable managing large budgets and confident delivering innovative strategies. Your strong interpersonal skills will help develop positive team dynamics and build positive relationships. A relevant professional qualification or postgraduate degree is necessary as well as managerial experience in a large, diverse, estates management function.
