About the opportunity
The Administration Officer in the International Fees team acts as the first point of inquiry for international student fee inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Working in a small and collegial team, this role will allow a proactive approach to problem solving and process improvement regarding the various operational activities related to international student fees. The role operates in a high volume environment, advising students and agents with fee and payment information, assessing and processing a variety of applications applying relevant policies and guidelines, scheduling health insurance coverage in compliance with Australian government student visa requirements, and working with different internal teams to solve problems.

- is available to work during peak periods, including end of year shut down.
