To support the University’s ambitions and maintain our existing portfolio we are looking to recruit a Property Technician. As a confident and diligent property professional, you will be used to working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role within the Estates Department, you will be responsible for supporting with key landlord and tenant relationships and oversight of the property records.  The University is committed to the development and training of our employees. This role has the opportunity to include training toward professional qualifications with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
