The Health, Safety & Risk Directorate is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Administrator to support the Insurance, Risk and Business Continuity Service.
The Role
As Senior Administrator, you will provide comprehensive and varied insurance advice and support to the University community, as well as liaising with external stakeholders such as insurers, brokers, loss adjusters and solicitors.
Key tasks include data collection, processing invoices, issuing documentation and arranging meetings, as well as assisting the Head of Insurance Services with the efficient and effective delivery of specific tasks or projects where necessary.
About You
You must have previous experience within a dedicated insurance environment, preferably some knowledge of risk and business continuity planning, excellent IT skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be well organised and adaptable, taking a positive approach to managing a busy workload.
Excellent communication, organisational and inter-personal skills are required as is a commitment to providing an excellent service.
