We are excited to be hiring for 3 x 1.0 FTE equivalent experienced Senior Lecturers and Clinical experts of Physiotherapy, you will be joining an ambitious team, delivering BSc and MSc Physiotherapy programmes, and supporting students using contemporary approaches to teaching and learning. Able to draw upon extensive clinical physiotherapy experience you will be able to apply this to enrich your teaching and knowledge transfer.

We are looking for UK HCPC registered physiotherapists with an appropriate level of experience in healthcare delivery to join our team to lead and manage module(s) within the BSc and MSc Physiotherapy pre-registration programmes. They will ensure a high-quality student experience and successful student outcomes.

The Clinical areas of interest are:

  • Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Neurological Physiotherapy Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapy Paediatric Physiotherapy Physiotherapy Management Other specialities will be considered

Job Purpose: 

To help with the strategic planning and delivery of the clinically-based studies component of the programme, ensuring a high-quality student experience and successful student outcomes. Other responsibilities will include teaching and marking, an academic and 

personal tutor role, clinical visiting, and being part of the physiotherapy team in curriculum development and quality monitoring.

As a senior lecturer, they will engage in research and/or scholarly/professional activity to enhance and inform the teaching design, delivery and curriculum development.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required, this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
