About the position
This position reports directly to the Foreign Arrangements Scheme Advisor and will contribute to ensuring La Trobe complies with its obligations under the Foreign Arrangements Scheme and UFIT Guidelines.
This role is primarily responsible for supporting the end-to-end delivery of key strategic international projects including implementation of the project management plan and stakeholder engagement strategy. The position also contributes to the development of project reports, presentations and coordinating project meetings.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will have.
- Degree with subsequent relevant experience to consolidate the theories and principles learned, or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
- Proven ability to exercise initiative, to think strategically and creatively, monitor and evaluate work performance and flow and meet deadlines in a complex and demanding environment
- Demonstrated project coordination skills and experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects, and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail
