Role Description

About the Role

The Executive Client Director role is a unique, challenging, and exciting role that offers the post holder the opportunity to work with fascinating organisations bringing the best of Cranfield thought leadership to address real world organisational challenges. The role offers the opportunity to work internationally across a range of sectors. Cranfield is committed to being client-focussed and putting the client at the heart of everything we do. Our customers are both external (delegates and their client sponsors) and internal (academic staff, associates, and other Executive Development Directors & colleagues).  This role will provide robust execution of learning interventions that delight client sponsors and delegates alike. The successful applicant will be responsible for winning business with new and existing clients.

About You

To be successful in this role you will require previous experience of new business sales (including surfacing opportunities, proposal writing and pitching), programme management and execution and key account management. 

It is essential that the post-holder is a highly impactful communicator who ‘thinks differently’ to problem solve, the post holder must be able to think on their feet, have the resilience to work independently, and has the credibility to influence senior executives and nurture relationships. The position is particularly suitable for those that have credibility within diverse communities.
