The company

Key FM is at the forefront of Facilities Management (FM) both in the UK and Internationally. The company is expanding and has an intent to solidify their position as a global leader in the market.

Key FM intends to continue to deliver world-class FM to its clients, and it recognises that to do so, it needs to further develop and implement its Digital FM model.  As very early adopters of cloud technology, it has been managing compliance and governance across 25+ countries for over a decade, and a core team has been created to drive a digital transformation, custom designed for the current business profile, through all aspects of the business. Operating outwith the day-to-day business delivery, this team is focused on modern, cutting-edge technology solutions, working in hand-in-hand with best business practice, however a crucial differentiator is the people-centric approach to ensuring the systems supports the business, but also the needs and challenges of the Key FM teams around the world.

This role will be at the core of our people-centric approach, and in designing and delivering the change management aspects of our projects and client contracts globally.  As our projects and contracts bridge both traditional and lean and agile methodologies of working, the right person will be able to work with, blend and re-engineer how those aspects work as a fundamental part of digital transformations with people, businesses, systems and cultures.

Key FM has an existing, well-established relationship with UWS, and this will be the second KTP Project with the company.

You can hear from existing KTP Associate, Lewis, about his experience with Key FM here.
