The Executive functions as part of the team in Centre for Experiential Learning (CEL) that drives and supports the activities of its finance-related matters.

Job Description

• Support finance (Accounts Payables and Account Receivables), workflow, sponsorship and funding matters across five offices
• Assist with budget preparation, financial audits and year-end closing activities across five offices
• Support Insurance Case Management for Student Travel Insurance
• Assist with MOE data and reports; and statistics and surveys reports
• Provide support in CEL workshops, talks and events
• Assist with any other tasks and duties assigned by the Director and his/her Supervisor

Job Requirements

• At least a bachelor degree (preferably in Finance)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience/familiarity in funding management process and software, i.e. Tableau and SAP would be of great advantage.
• Proficiency in data management and likes working with numbers.
• Is able to work independently, meticulous, work under pressure and possesses a high level of discretion and integrity
