Job Description
The shortlisted candidate will work with the Manager and Executive of Student Support to primarily handle student enquiries (calls, emails and walk-ins). You will be required to assist in organising university wide events and activities to promote student engagement from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma holders with minimum 3 years of working experience or degree holders with 1-2 years of working experience
- Experience in Call Centre/ Customer service
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
- Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
- Able to multi-task and possess project management skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work shift hours: 10.30am to 7.30pm, Mondays to Fridays
- Able to commit in overtime work when required and during peak periods of the University calendar
