Job Description

The shortlisted candidate will work with the Manager and Executive of Student Support to primarily handle student enquiries (calls, emails and walk-ins). You will be required to assist in organising university wide events and activities to promote student engagement from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma holders with minimum 3 years of working experience or degree holders with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Experience in Call Centre/ Customer service
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • Mature, meticulous and possess a high level of discretion and integrity
  • Able to multi-task and possess project management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work shift hours: 10.30am to 7.30pm, Mondays to Fridays
  • Able to commit in overtime work when required and during peak periods of the University calendar
