Essential Qualifications/Experience 

• PhD or M.S degree (preferred with TESOL) in Linguistics, Educational Leadership or other related GFP fields.
• Substantial working experience not less than three years in Higher Education institutions.
• The candidate Academic Rank should not be less than Assistant Professor.
• Extensive academic experience in a field related to GFP programs.
• Excellent research record demonstrated by successful funding and publications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Quality communication and effective teamwork skills.

Compensation Package

• Attractive salary commensurate with qualifications/experience + housing and transportation allowance.
• Medical insurance for Omanis staff (grant for staff only).
• Medical insurance for staff, spouse and 2children under age of 18 years living in Oman for non- Omani candidates.
• Two year contract renewable subject to mutual agreement between the two parties (for non Omani candidates).
• Seven weeks paid annual leave and return air travel for staff, spouse and 2 children under age of 18 years to country of origin.
• End of contract gratuity (for non-Omani candidate).
