We have an exciting opportunity to join the Front of House Team at Hartley Library as a Customer Services Assistant on the Highfield Campus. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service to our wide range of customers and answer enquiries effectively in person, online and over the phone. The successful candidate will also undertake administrative tasks where appropriate to support the Library's systems and processes.
Salary is between £19,209 - £20,600 pro rata per annum based on a 52 week contract. Successful candidates will be entitled to 20 days annual leave per year plus University Closure Days, a contributory pension scheme and a structured training programme.
The following shift pattern is available:
Thursday & Friday 09:00-17:00
