Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy (Ref.: 512158), to commence as soon as possible for one year, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree with a very strong background in epidemiology, statistics, and/or programming.  They should have excellent communication skills, experience in knowledge sharing, a strong record of research output, and the ability to work independently as well as in a multidisciplinary team.  Experience in big data research will be highly desirable. 

The appointee will work on projects related to big data/precision medicine research of infectious diseases, and participate in other research projects under the supervision of Dr. Ching-Lung Cheung.  Enquiries about the duties of the post should be sent to Dr. Cheung at lung1212@hku.hk.
