Job Description

Department of Food Science at UAEU is searching for a suitable candidate to work as Research Associate in a project related to fabrication and application of edible coatings/films using novel technologies. The project would suit a candidate with experience in food science, food chemistry/biochemistry and microbiology. The candidate should be able to work independently in a laboratory condition and is expected to have good manuscript writing skills.

Minimum Qualification

A master degree in Food Science or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualification

A PhD degree in Food Science or related disciplines.

Expected Skills/Rank/Experience

Candidate should have prior research experience, preferably related to the research topic.
