We are recruiting for professionals from a variety of backgrounds who are looking to take their first or next steps into developing promising apprentices. Our approach is built on learning that’s driven by a real-world focus from experienced professionals like you, giving future talent the edge they need to build successful careers.  This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Provide a structured and appropriate development journey for all apprentices
  • Deliver monthly performance updates on learners and progress reviews
  • Communicate effectively with learners via the VLE and other appropriate tools
  • Encourage learner engagement with their programmes and resources
  • Provide academic and safeguarding support to learners
  • Support through end point assessment phase to guarantee completion rates
  • Conduct progress reviews with learners
  • Mark student professional portfolio submissions
  • Support learner’s end to end journey from start to EPA as point of contact
  • Provide pastoral care

We can help you develop the skills needed to be a great coach, but what we need from you is the passion and drive to inspire others in your area of expertise. That’s why your practitioner experience matters more to us and the careers of our learners. This unique opportunity will help you guide a number of promising apprentices through the difficulties of practical learning and academic performance, while providing one-on-one support through your to foster their talent.
