Research Fellow, Materials Science
The research fellow will be working on investigating optoelectronic properties of 2D heterostructures and devices.
The candidate is required to have a proven track record in magneto-optical and magneto-transport characterisation of materials and be familiar with following techniques:
- Photoluminescence/reflectance and/or Raman spectroscopy resolved by light polarisation.
- Optical spectroscopy in cryogenic conditions and in a presence of strong magnetic field
- Combination of electrical and optical techniques (e.g., electroluminescence or electronic transport measurements in the presence of light illumination)
