The International Marketing & Recruitment Officer will play a central role in developing and implementing the International Office’s marketing and recruitment strategy to support the growth of the full-degree international-student cohort.

We are seeking a talented and motivated professional with proven expertise in marketing and recruitment and demonstrated success in growing student numbers. The International Marketing & Recruitment Officer will join the International Office’s non-EU recruitment team, which is responsible for the development and delivery of marketing and recruitment activities to promote Maynooth University to prospective international students and education agents from outside the EU. The International Marketing & Recruitment Officer will have specific responsibility for recruitment from India (primary market), Africa and Latin America (secondary markets), with an emphasis on recruiting full-degree students, maintaining, and expanding our agent/partnership network, and identifying and developing new opportunities in-market. The International Marketing & Recruitment Officer will also provide the Director of Internationalisation with evidenced-based market research and analysis to inform the development of the next iteration of the international recruitment strategy, in line with University strategy. The International Marketing & Recruitment Officer will work closely with academic departments and support services across Maynooth University, as well as a range of external stakeholders, to develop positive working relationships in support of the growth of the international student population.

Salary

Administrative Officer II (2021)* €39,236 – €56,297 per annum (9 points)

Appointment will be made in accordance with the Department of Finance pay guidelines.

*New entrants to the public sector will be appointed on the first point of the above scale.
