Are you looking for an exciting opportunity? 

We are looking for a team member to support us in delivering an excellent service to our students, staff and wider community.  

The successful candidate should be IT literate and a successful communicator, as communicating with our users will be a key part of this role.  

You will champion our services and offerings, and support all functions of sport across University of Southampton; you will be part of a high performing team who strive to make a positive difference to our users' experience. In addition, you will provide valuable administrative support for fellow colleagues within the Customer Excellence team. This particular role has been created to support us during evenings throughout the weekend, and could be ideal for somebody looking for work alongside their studies or other commitments. The weekly fixed shifts are proposed as:

Thursday 5-10.15pm
Friday 5-10.15pm
Saturday 5-9.15pm 
Sunday 5-9.15pm 

Some shifts are subject to 30 minute unpaid break. Part-time: between 0.40 and 0.50 FTE

This role is based at Jubilee Sports Centre (Highfield Campus) and at our Mayflower Gym (City Centre).
