Role Description

We welcome applications from passionate and skilled administrators to join our team in the Apprenticeships Office.

About The Role

Cranfield Apprenticeships are a suite of Master's level apprenticeships which form a significant and growing part of the taught educational opportunities offered by Cranfield University. Developed in response to the “Apprenticeship Levy” and an increasingly changing environment for postgraduate education this is a fast moving, responsive and dynamic area.

The core responsibility of this role is to proactively support the Apprenticeship Team, and the other members of the wider team who are based in Schools and Professional Service Units across the university as well as maintaining high quality contact with apprentices and employers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude towards establishing new and continually improving processes. You will have a passion for education, learning and helping learners achieve their potential via apprenticeships.

About You

You will have sound knowledge of data protection regulations and be experienced in co-ordinating with key industrial partners. Experience of working within an Apprenticeship or Higher Education environment and have awareness of learner support needs would be advantageous. You will be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, while balancing competing priorities without comprising your attention to detail.
