Charles Sturt University is looking to appoint a highly experienced individual to the role of Chief Operating Officer. The successful individual will play a pivotal role in advancing the University through successful implementation of the 2030 strategic plan, as well as supporting the Vice-Chancellor in the leadership and effective operation of the university.

Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor, the Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the performance of the key administrative portfolios of the University through the execution of the University Strategy as set by the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, and the University Council. This exceptional opportunity will be suitable to someone with experience in successfully leading, managing and motivating a high functioning and a diverse portfolio in a large complex organisation.
