Durham University Business School has twelve research centres, two of which have close links to the Department of Accounting. These are the Ethical Finance Accountability and Governance (EFAG) centre which focuses on sustainability and sustainable development goals, and the International Centre of Public Accountability (ICOPA) which focuses upon public accountability. In addition, the Durham Rutgers Accounting Analytics Network (DRAAN) sits within the Department of Accounting which focuses on data analytics and artificial intelligence.
