The Student Experience Coordinator will support delivery of highly visible, high impact and high-quality programs that deliver on team and Faculty objectives.

This is a project coordination role that delivers multiple initiatives that exist on and offline to drive employability outcomes for students and to contribute to an inspired and positive student experience.

The position is part of the Student Experiential and Experiential Learning Professional Services Unit of the Faculty of Business and Economics. The team is responsible for delivering a portfolio of work to ensure the Faculty’s undergraduate and post-graduate students develop the skills, knowledge and experience they need to be professionally ready. The incumbent will work on transition and orientation activities and flagship programs including Business Innovation Lab and the FBE Career Mentoring Program.

Fundamental to this role will be knowledge of employability and student experience practices and trends, high level stakeholder engagement and organisational skills, familiarity with virtual event platforms and programs and ability to deliver creative solutions to support student engagement.
