About us

The Office of the General Counsel is responsible for overall co-ordination of the provision of legal services for the University, and for providing legal advice to the Senate and the Chancellor, and to the Vice-Chancellor, senior executives and other officers of the University. The goal of the Office is to provide advice of high quality, either directly, or by the engagement of barristers and external solicitors with relevant expertise.
