In this role you will work as a lead member of the International Office’s senior management team. The successful candidate will lead on the development and implementation of the international operations and communications strategy to ensure the university meets its international recruitment targets and support international engagement initiatives.

You will be working directly with the Head of International Recruitment as well as working cross collaboratively with the Deputy Head of International Recruitment to implement strategies to lead generating and conversion strategies (including the virtual engagement activities). As part of the role, you will also be managing the International Operations and Communication Manager.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with experience of working at a managerial level in a professional marketing and/or student recruitment setting and of implementing digital tools/platforms to manage or improve the student application journey to maximise recruitment and conversion. You will also be required to support in-country delegation trips for senior members of the university.
