Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the DST-SERB Funded Project (Sanction Order No. CRG/2021/001048), School of Advanced Sciences (SAS), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT).

Title of Project:

In-situ Electrochemical oxidation of Self-Assembled Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons to Redox-Active Intermediates on Graphic Materials Surfaces:- Mechanism and Multipurpose Green-Technology Applications Perspectives

Qualification:

M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent degree with minimum of 60% marks and any one of the national entrance test (NET) completed, GATE/CSIR/UGC/Lectureship.

Desirable (if any):

Candidates having knowledge in Electrochemistry and Nanomaterials is preferable.

Stipend:

Rs. 31,000/- per month (for first two years), Rs. 35,000/- per month (for the third year)
