King’s College London has an exciting opportunity for people interested in pursuing a career or taking their next step in Higher Education administration. We are looking to recruit a new Senior Programme Officer to join our Partnerships, Professional & Executive Education team to help support the running of our professional postgraduate programmes and executive short courses within The Dickson Poon School of Law.   

The Senior Programme Officer provides essential support to students, academics and other stakeholders. Working in a fast-paced environment, the role includes taking responsibility to investigate and resolve complex queries and issues, supporting activities such as timetabling, students module registration, assessments and the production of handbooks, using databases and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate student data on progress and achievement, and delivering a high-quality service across the student lifecycle. You will have opportunities to further enhance your project management and stakeholder management skills through the development and launch of our new programme in professional legal education. Working with colleagues to plan and coordinate a varied set of activities, you will also have opportunities to further develop your knowledge of relevant regulations and process, and be part of professional networks promoting best practice. As part of the King’s community, you’ll work alongside inspiring academic and professional services staff and students.   

This role is responsible to Programme Manager (Partnerships, Professional & Executive Education).
