The Role

  • 2 positions - 1 x Continuing, 1 x Fixed Term (up to December 2022)
  • Full Time
  • Level 4 - $64,633 to $70,162 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Bathurst

As a Future Student Advisor (Sales Specialist) you will provide prospective students with guidance on courses and a broad range of information pertaining to studying with Charles Sturt University. You will deliver an exceptional client focused service and promote a genuine desire to help foster confidence, goodwill and partnerships with prospective students and assist in driving applications for the University.

To be successful you will have:

  • An excellent understanding and demonstrated experience in customer service or sales environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks to meet key performance indicators.
  • A proven ability to work cooperatively and productively in a team environment.
