Are you looking for a new challenge in 2022? The Campus Services Team have an excellent maternity cover opportunity as our Head of Conferencing and Events. This is a key role responsible for sales and delivery of all our commercial conferencing and events, as well as overseeing the management of our Tipi venue on campus.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate and creative, an excellent organiser, proactive and self-motivated, and who really wants to join a team which is ambitious, and target driven.
As the head of Commercial Conferencing and Events, you will be a key player within the department by leading a small team and having responsibility for the delivery of our commercial events.
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and manage the delivery of conferences and events booked in over the next 12 months. The role will also assist in promotion and sales activity for future bookings. Please note, due to the events we hold, a flexible approach to work to accommodate evening and weekend working will be required.
