Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow (several posts) in the Division of Public Health Laboratory Sciences (PHLS) of the School of Public Health (Ref.: 511429), to commence as soon as possible for one to two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree with a strong expertise in virology. Work experience in biosafety levels 2 and 3 pathogens is an advantage. The appointees will participate in research projects related to emerging coronavirus of potential zoonotic or pandemic threat, such as MERS-coronavirus, SARS-coronavirus-2 and others.
