We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time PA/Senior Administrator in the College to provide a high level of support to the Head of School in Education and the wider Senior Team. The PA/Senior Administrator is the first point of contact for people seeking to contact the nominated Head and can often answer or signpost queries allowing the leadership team to prioritise work and focus management and strategic development of the school. 

The post holder will provide diary management to the nominated head and support to ensure time is used most effectively and smoothly. They will work closely with the senior team in the school and collaboratively with the College Executive team. 

The successful candidate will need to work as part of a team, providing line management and support to an administrator, use their initiative, prioritise workload and share their enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.
