The University of Lincoln is a dynamic and forward-looking institution, where staff and students work collaboratively to create and develop world changing knowledge and research. The College of Social Science houses 6 diverse and progressive schools in Education, Psychology, Law, Sport and Exercise Science, Health and Social Care and Social and Political Sciences.

We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time PA/Senior Administrator in the College to provide a high level of support to the Head of School in Education and the wider Senior Team. The PA/Senior Administrator is the first point of contact for people seeking to contact the nominated Head and can often answer or signpost queries allowing the leadership team to prioritise work and focus management and strategic development of the school.

The post holder will provide diary management to the nominated head and support to ensure time is used most effectively and smoothly. They will work closely with the senior team in the school and collaboratively with the College Executive team.

The successful candidate will need to work as part of a team, providing line management and support to an administrator, use their initiative, prioritise workload and share their enthusiasm and excellent communication skills.

Situated in the heart of a beautiful and historic city, the University of Lincoln offers a fantastic working environment, within walking distance from the train and bus stations. We provide our staff with a comprehensive benefits package which includes 30 days annual leave (with additional University closure days and bank holidays), a generous pension scheme, local and national discounts, green travel initiatives, and a variety of development opportunities.
