Role Description

About the Role

The Employer Engagement Manager focuses on developing strategic and tactical corporate partnerships with organisations globally, with the aim of promoting Cranfield University’s portfolio of education programmes, student employability and Talent Management Services.

Providing clients with a range of recruiter services and networking opportunities, enabling them to connect to Cranfield’s Talent, whilst facilitating employment opportunities for students and alumni.

About You

You will be educated to degree level in a relevant subject and ideally have experience in managing graduate transitions into employment. Applicants with proven experience in a recruitment environment where you have managed key accounts for senior stakeholders would be welcomed.  An understanding of current labour market trends for both graduate and senior hire positions are necessary for this role. Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills are critical, coupled with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritise your own workload effectively.
