An opportunity has arisen for a Research Fellow to join the Faculty of Medicine, School of Human Development and Health based at Southampton University Hospital Trust. The successful candidate will join a join a multidisciplinary group investigating the role of epigenetic processes in the development of human disease.
The post holder will be required to process, house and analyse genetic, epigenetic and transcriptomic data associated with the development of human disease. The role requires expertise in handling large data sets and in addition, experience in DNA methylation analysis from EPIC arrays and single cell transcriptomic data analysis.
This full-time position is offered for a fixed-term for 12 months in the first instance. The post will be aligned to the Faculty of Medicine, School of Human Development and Health based at the Institute of Developmental Sciences Building at University Hospital Southampton.
