Job Purpose
- Develop effective and innovative creative solutions for use across a range of channels including web, social media, display, e-mail and Interaction Studio assets, with understanding of design nuances by channel
- Manage the design and production for assets across these channels
- Work closely with the channel team, collecting and monitoring metrics to guide design decisions and continuously evolve
- Dedicated to creative consistency for all assets developed across all channels, in line with the business’s overarching brand guidelines
- Work with the other disciplines within the team to ensure consistent use of the design framework used globally across all channels
- Work closely with the UX/UI lead to ensure web designs are suitable and achievable within the parameters of the CMS
Job Background
This role will be on a hybrid contract with a combination of home and office based working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points
- Taking part in constructive critique sessions aimed at improving the quality of the team's outputs
- Staying on track with emerging digital trends and culture
- Working with the wider team and business to support them in creating high quality marketing collateral and sales materials
- Collaborate with the Creative Services Manager to prioritise work and estimate time on jobs
- Ensure designs deliver a consistent experience and visual language across all touchpoints
- Assist and facilitate in-house user testing including user journey research and having a strong understanding of audiences and cycles

Candidate Criteria
- Digital design, Typography, Interaction Design or equivalent work experience across digital platforms
- You will have experience of designing for large brands
- You are a skilled Adobe Creative Suite user (including XD)
- Understanding of UX/UI and experience designing to suit best practice
- Some understanding of HTML, CSS & JavaScript
- Experience of designing products and services with complex user interfaces
- Ability to design in the browser a definite plus
- Experience of working in an agile environment, using agile ceremonies (e.g. stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and working with agile artefacts (e.g. user stories, task boards)
- Highly motivated, excellent communicator, able to work independently and collaboratively as needed, able to balance great design with tight deadlines.
