  • Well organised, able to prioritise and be adaptable
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Possess excellent communication (both written and verbal), organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Have a commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Excellent skills in the Microsoft Office suite

The annual salary starts at £21,135, with annual increments.  Further benefits of this role include the opportunity to join the University’s pension scheme, a base 20 days annual leave, increasing with service to a maximum of 24, plus University closure dates and Bank Holidays and access to a number of University employer discount schemes.

This role is based on Highfield Campus, but is a hybrid working post and therefore you will be able to do some working from home.

Previous experience in this sector is not essential. This post presents an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated individual, who can demonstrate solid transferable skills, a can-do attitude and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
