Roles and Responsibilities:

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) for the Royal Academy of Engineering, UK Funded Project in School of Mechanical Engineering (SMEC), (T2I/100100), Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore.

Title of Project:

"Capacity Building in Collaborative Research, Academic Curriculum Development and Outreach towards Additively Manufactured Electric Scooter for Addressing Sustainability Challenges in India and the UK".

Qualification:

M.E./M.Tech. or equivalent in Mechanical/Manufacturing and Thermal Engineering and its related disciplines.

Preferably, age should be less than 30 Years

Desirable (if any):

Candidates having knowledge in electric and hybrid vehicle technology with curriculum/accreditation framework experience and strong in technical writing will be preferred.

Stipend:

Rs. 31,000/- + 8% HRA - per month (for two years)
