We seek a highly motivated and an organized scientist with a background in soil microbiology, agriculture, rhizosphere microbiome interactions, carbon/nitrogen dynamics and related experience working with plants/trees in field and lab conditions. The position is within a multi-disciplinary research team, which broadly pursues microbial diversity and physiological investigations on plants systems. The team consists of Post-doctoral fellows, PhDs and other Research Assistants.
We are looking for a candidate with PhD in soil microbiology/agriculture, sediments with demonstrated experience (at least three peer reviewed publications in international journals) in studying carbon-nitrogen dynamics, soil microbiology, green-house gas emissions in field and controlled experiments.
