Role Description

Join our Service Delivery team based at Cranfield Defence and Security, Shrivenham, providing a professional and customer focussed support service for students, staff and associates using the IT facilities.

About You

You will have a proven track record of working in a technical IT support role, providing excellent customer service, with experience of managing incidents throughout the incident lifecycle.  You will possess excellent communication skills and strong organisational and time management skills, have in-depth knowledge of technical IT concepts and be customer focused.

You will require a flexible approach and the ability to work in what can be a high-pressure environment.  You will have a good working knowledge of end-user applications across a range of devices and operating systems.  Familiarity with the ITIL Incident Management process would also be advantageous.
