The Employability and Careers Service is seeking to appoint an administrator to support the Student Ambassador Scheme. The Student Ambassador Scheme has a diverse student staff of more than 400 and looks to maintain its reputation for excellence.
This post will provide administrative support to the day-to-day running of the scheme and will involve working closely with the Student Ambassador Manager. This will include matching students to shifts, managing the checking and processing of timesheets, accepting Vacancy requests from different teams across the University, booking them onto training events, supporting events and ensuring student-workers adhere to UKVI Tier 4 requirements. The post-holder will bring to this role excellent organisational skills, efficient inbox management, office administration, customer care and team working.
A commitment to the development and maintenance of the Student Ambassador scheme is required with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
This is a fixed term FT role based at the Greenwich campus, with the occasional weekend work to support Open Days. Flexible working hours can be accommodated in line with the universities policies. To apply please submit an application via the University of Greenwich website.
