The School of Business and Law develops industry-ready graduates through high-quality teaching and learning experiences and engaged applied research. The school offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate coursework and research Business and Law degrees designed to give students relevant theory, practical work experience, and critical employability skills.

The School has introduced a register for Western Australia based sessional staff in the following fields:

  • Human Resource Management
  • International Business
  • Strategy and Management
  • Digital Marketing
  • Business/Marketing Analytics
  • Project Management
  • Management Information Systems
  • Supply Chain and Logistics Management
  • Law- Priestly units

We are currently seeking PhD qualified sessional lecturers to register an expression of interest for casual or short-term work for 2022. The register will be used to provide either full-time or part-time casual academic staff for tutoring, supervision or lecturing of students as required by the discipline area.

The successful applicants MUST have a completed PhD or equivalent qualification and be able to provide evidence of research activity or industry experience relevant to their field of expertise. A comprehensive understanding of the requirements to achieve work-ready status in Business or Law and experience in tutoring, supervising or lecturing students either online or in an educational setting will be highly regarded.

The School of Business and Law Sessional Staff register will be referred to for a six-month period. Candidates will go into a pool and when positions become available, will be contacted for an interview. Application to this pool does not guarantee a position. Applications retained on this register will expire on the 30th of June 2022 and applicants will be invited to extend their application for consideration for the following six-month period.
