The Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Greenwich has vacancies for Administrative Assistants to work within its School administrative teams.
The role would suit applicants who may be interested in developing a career in the Higher Education sector. You will work flexibly to provide support and assistance across a range of School activities, contributing to a consistent, professional and welcoming service and ensuring that administrative systems function effectively.
Good communication skills including a pleasant reception and telephone manner are essential. You must be able to work accurately, be organised and able to prioritise your own workload with minimal supervision. Experience of working in a higher education environment is desirable. In addition, the sucessful candidates must have GCSE A-C grades in English and Maths or equivalent.
The vacancy has arisen as a result of a restructure of Faculty services.
