An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Data Analyst within the University of Southampton’s Student Services team, based at Highfield Campus.

As a Data Analyst, you will work with teams across Student Services to analyse and bring together multiple datasets to support the operational and strategic functions of Student Services. You will provide performance reporting, data analysis, modelling and interpretation to drive the delivery of the Student Services strategy, in addition to supporting strategies specific to areas of Student Services, such as Careers & Employability, Disability & Inclusion and Student Support. 

You will work with a range of staff across Student Services, as well as with other professional services and academic departments to produce actionable insights from our data.

We are looking for a highly analytic & strategic thinker, who is confident with data and drawing together multiple datasets and information. Ideally, you will be highly literate with the Microsoft Office suite, including extended functions such as PowerBI.
